Return Period: Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return for items that exhibit fabrication issues.
Conditions for Returns:
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required to process the return.
Exclusions: We do not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by the customer. Please handle your jewellery with care to maintain its quality.
